What does working with you look like?
Comprehensive Initial Assessment: We begin with an initial assessment. We'll explore your complete health picture to determine your priority areas and what will create the most meaningful impact for you. The Assessment will also consist of Iris, Pupil and Sclera pictures taken as well as a biofeedback scan ( all non-invasive). A comprehensive discussion will cover body systems, health history and current health concerns. You will be given materials and instructions for pH and thyroid health analysis to take home and complete.
After this assessment, you will receive your Personalized Program Plan detailing my report of findings and your action plan. This customized program is based on your unique needs. Any suggested supplements may be available for you at this time.
Regular Check-In Sessions: Following your initial assessment, we'll have regularly scheduled check-in visits based on what we determine is best for you, your needs, and your lifestyle. We continually reassess your progress to ensure your transformation is supported in the most effective ways. I also offer a popular remote option where you do not need to be present live. You’ll send your intention and top priorities ahead of time. I’ll do the session work as scheduled. You’ll receive a written summary, and we can always do a brief 15-minute follow-up to review and answer questions. This option is great for busy professionals who want results without adding more meetings to their calendar.
During these check-ins, we'll:
Discuss your wins, shifts, questions, and insights
Review what's working and what needs attention
Identify what needs to be cleared, balanced, or activated
Make adjustments and recommendations to your plan to optimize your healing
Who can benefit from a Wellness Assessment?
Anyone of any age, health or activity level...Babies, children, teenagers, and Adults. Anyone feeling stuck in a cycle of emotions or who have experienced emotional wounding in their life, those trying to become pregnant, those who are already pregnant, anyone with any current health concerns or those simply looking for preventative health recommendations.
What do I need to do before my Wellness Assessment?
Come with an open mind and curiosity.
I wouldn't wear contacts as we will be taking pictures of your eyes.
Having a list or pictures of any medications and/or supplements you are currently taking is helpful.
Cancellation Policy:
Appointment Cancellation/No Show Policy
I am committed to providing all of my clients with exceptional care in a timely manner. I understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies. However, last-minute cancellations/ no-shows prevent other clients from getting a much needed appointment. Conversely, another client may fail to cancel and I am unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book. In order to be respectful of the needs of all my clients, please be courteous and notify me promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. Any cancellations must be done by 12:00 pm EST on the day prior to your scheduled appointment.
After two (2) no-shows (defined as any appointment not cancelled by 12:00 pm EST the day prior to your scheduled appointment), the full visit fee will be required in advance (by check, money order, Zelle or PayPal) before any new appointments can be scheduled. Additional fees may also be assessed at that time.
