My Story

Hello, I’m Joanne Canaan, the Wholistic 360° Integrator. I help busy professionals go from frazzled to flourishing. As a health and vitality specialist and founder of the Natural Wellness Center, I guide them to connect with their happy, inspired, centered selves—so they thrive in every part of life. 

After many decades of suffering with deep mood swings, chronic congestion, daily panic episodes, severe sleep issues, excessive weight gain, digestive issues and other physical symptoms, where I was barely able to even leave my house, I became aware of Naturopathic medicine. Conventional medicine was unable to give me the answers and help I needed. I felt “stuck” in a life that felt as if I were living the same day on repeat and going nowhere. Natural healing modalities restored and revitalized my health and set me on my path to establish the Natural Wellness Center to educate and help others who, like me, want real answers to the root cause of their suffering and real, permanent solutions for all aspects of their health and well-being to not just improve, but to thrive.

​I am a Certified Natural Health Practitioner, Certified TOLPAKAN™ Healing Method Practitioner, Certified Iridologist and a Certified Aromatherapist. I have been trained in a wide range of studies including Anatomy, Physiology, Iridology, Nutrition, Herbology, Emotion/Body Code, Chinese Medicine, Germanic Healing Knowledge and many more. 

Like a Master Gardener, I look beneath the surface—testing the ‘soil’ of stress, diet, energetics, past trauma and lifestyle habits—to find root causes to be able to watch my clients harvest the happy, thriving life they desire. 

I have had the privilege of guiding clients from the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Europe and Africa in relieving decades-old chronic issues.
